Highly recommend Sydney Headache & Migraine Centre, Sophie has been amazing at treating my Wife with her headaches and migraines. She explained the whole process in such a great and easy way to understand and clearly defined treatment goals which has been really great and helpful. Just with the initial appointment there was an immediate improvement. For many many years, my wife has lived with headaches and migraines, seen different doctors, specialists, tried different treatments had so many different medications. Our friend has had their family members receive this same treatment and recommended with high praise, seeing how much my wife was suffering. You will not be disappointed. Please give the headache clinic a go, I couldn’t recommend them enough. I had been experiencing chronic daily headaches for eight months, saw 2 different physio’s prior to the headache clinic, spent thousands on medications, neurologists appointments, multiple MRI’s to no avail, if anything I felt the headaches had gotten worse after previous physio. I thought I’d give the headache clinic a go while on the waitlist to see another neurologist and couldn’t be happier that I did. There was an immediate change and after a few session I have been able to drop taking painkillers from 3 times a day to once a day and could very well cut them out completely. Rob has been a great practitioner and I cannot thank him enough, he has given me my first piece of hope since my headaches started and I am finally getting my life back. Robs receptionist Lauren has also been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout my time attending the clinic with an empathetic and friendly demeanour. Thank you both! ~ Tiffaine H

My daughter had been suffering from headaches for around a year and a half. She had tried physiotherapy, had many different scans, blood tests and other medical testing. Nothing seemed to work at all. One day I noticed SHMC Caringbah as we were driving past. I made an appointment for the following week and I am so glad I did. Within a month my daughter’s headaches improved became less frequent. Now 6 months later they are completely gone. Headaches repeatedly effect so many people in so many different ways but to find a practitioner who specialises in techniques that can specifically help you have a better day without medication is amazing. Andris has been treating me at the Caringbah practice for about 4 years. I was suffering from intense week-long migraines and couldn’t get relief.
